Privacy Policy
Unless otherwise stated below, the provision of your personal data is neither required by law or contract, nor necessary for concluding a contract. You are under no obligation to provide the data. Not providing it has no consequences. This applies only insofar as no other statement is made in the following processing operations.
"Personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

This stored data includes, for example, the name of the page accessed, the date and time of access, the IP address, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider. The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our overriding legitimate interest in ensuring the trouble-free operation of our website and in improving our services.

Customer-initiated contact by e-mail
If you contact us by e-mail on your own initiative for business purposes, we collect your personal data (name, e-mail address, message text) only to the extent provided by you. The data processing serves to handle and respond to your enquiry.
If the contact serves to carry out pre-contractual measures (e.g. advice on a purchase interest, preparation of an offer) or concerns a contract already concluded between you and us, this data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. If the contact is made for other reasons, the processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our overriding legitimate interest in handling and responding to your enquiry. In this case you have the right, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to object at any time to such processing of personal data concerning you based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
We use your e-mail address only to process your enquiry. Your data is subsequently deleted in compliance with statutory retention periods, unless you have consented to further processing and use.
Collection and processing when using the enquiry list / contact form
When you use our enquiry list or contact form, we collect your personal data (name, e-mail address, message text) only to the extent provided by you. The data processing serves the purpose of making contact.
If the contact serves to carry out pre-contractual measures or concerns a contract already concluded, this processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. If the contact is made for other reasons, it is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our overriding legitimate interest in handling and responding to your enquiry. We use your e-mail address only to process your enquiry. Your data is subsequently deleted in compliance with statutory retention periods, unless you have consented to further processing and use.
WhatsApp Business
If you contact us for business purposes via WhatsApp, we use the WhatsApp Business version of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland; "WhatsApp"). If you are located outside the European Economic Area, this service is provided by WhatsApp Inc. (1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA).
The data processing serves to handle and respond to your enquiry. For this purpose we collect and process the mobile number stored with WhatsApp, your name if provided, and further data to the extent provided by you. We use a mobile device for the service whose address book stores only data of users who have contacted us via WhatsApp. Personal data is therefore not passed on to WhatsApp unless you have already consented to this towards WhatsApp.
Your data is transmitted by WhatsApp to servers of Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA. For the USA there is an adequacy decision of the EU Commission, the Trans-Atlantic Data Privacy Framework (TADPF). Meta Platforms Inc. has certified under the TADPF and thereby undertaken to comply with European data protection principles. If the contact serves pre-contractual measures or concerns a contract already concluded, this processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. If made for other reasons, it is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our overriding legitimate interest in providing quick and easy contact and in responding to your enquiry. In this case you have the right to object at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation.
We use your personal data only to process your enquiry. Your data is subsequently deleted in compliance with statutory retention periods, unless you have consented to further processing. Further information on WhatsApp's terms of use and privacy can be found at whatsapp.com/legal/#terms-of-service and whatsapp.com/legal/#privacy-policy.
Advertising
Postal advertising
We use your personal data (name, address) obtained in connection with the sale of goods or services to send you postal advertising, unless you have objected to this use. Provision of this data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. Failure to provide it means that no contract can be concluded. The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our overriding legitimate interest in direct advertising. You can object to this use of your address data at any time by notifying us. The contact details for exercising the objection can be found in the legal notice.
Newsletter by e-mail
For sending and managing our newsletter we use the service provider Topmailer, which processes the data on our behalf. We use your e-mail address to send information and offers by newsletter, provided you have expressly consented. The data processing serves exclusively the purpose of advertising. For this we process your e-mail address and, if applicable, further data you provided voluntarily when subscribing. The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the revocation. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the relevant link in the newsletter or by notifying us. Your e-mail address is then removed from the distribution list. Despite removal, we may continue to store your e-mail address in a so-called blacklist to prevent you from receiving further newsletter e-mails. This storage is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our and your legitimate interest. You have the right to object at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation.
E-mail direct advertising
We use your e-mail address obtained in connection with the sale of goods or services for the electronic sending of advertising for our own goods or services similar to those you have already purchased from us, unless you have objected. Provision of the e-mail address is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our overriding legitimate interest in direct advertising. You can object at any time by notifying us or by using the link provided in the advertising e-mail; only basic transmission costs apply.

The use of cookies or comparable technologies is based on § 25 (2) TDDDG. The processing of your personal data is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our overriding legitimate interest in ensuring the optimal functionality of the website and a user-friendly and effective design of our services. Our website is hosted by an external service provider (host). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers. This mainly concerns IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, and other data generated via a website. Hosting is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling our contract with customers and prospects (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Linked social media profiles
On our website we link to our profiles on social networks (including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, TikTok and Kleinanzeigen). These are simple hyperlinks – no data is transmitted to these providers when you merely visit our website, and no social media plugins are embedded. Only when you actively click on one of these links and open the respective platform do the data protection provisions of the respective provider apply. We have no influence on the data processing there.

Following an objection, processing of the data concerned will be stopped, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
If personal data is processed for direct advertising purposes, you can object to this processing at any time by notifying us. Following an objection, we will stop processing the data concerned for direct advertising purposes.
